Rental Frequently Asked Questions

You need a valid original Two-Wheeler Driving License (DL) and an Aadhaar Card (or Passport for international tourists). A digital scan or verification is done at pickup, and physical originals must be shown.

Yes, the security deposit (ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 depending on the motorcycle) is 100% refundable. It will be returned instantly via cash, UPI, or bank transfer as soon as you return the bike in the same condition.

Yes, our bikes have legal Uttarakhand state-wide commercial permits, meaning you can ride them to Sonprayag (for Kedarnath), Badrinath, Chopta, Mussoorie, and Auli without checkpost issues. Taking them outside Uttarakhand is not permitted.

We follow a "Full to Full" fuel policy. We supply the bike with a full tank of petrol, and we expect you to return it with a full tank. Otherwise, actual fuel charges plus a handling fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your deposit.

Yes! We include up to two high-quality, sanitized ISI-marked helmets with every rental at no additional charge to ensure rider and pillion safety.
